Danny Baker and Shane McGowan go back years, probably to around the Sniffin' Glue fanzine at the start of Punk Rock. This would just be pub talk if it weren't on TV. It's a shame DB takes the obvious route and goes on and on - and on (yawn) - about the drinking aspect. Way too patronising and it doesn't make good TV. Even his compliments come across as patronising.

Coming from the States I don't have much experience with talk shows in the UK and Ireland (don't know which country this is from), but if this guy and Frank Skinner is any indication - they suck!
