Michael Caine IS really good as Alfred, but I wouldn't sell Michael Gough short from the original movies. He really does exude the smoothness of an upper-crust British butler without sacrificing the paternal aspect of his character.

i have seen so, so many movies i live for the movies basicly, this was one of the best movies i have ever seen it goes up there with Shawshank Redemption and Godfather , i like going to the theater thinking i know what to expect and i still have my mind blown away thats what makes a movie great.
