im not so sure blending the white pencil over what you tweezed is a very good idea1
Tweezing then rubbing makeup over an unclosed pore----just clogges it!! maybe only marking 3 spots on the eyebrow....tweezing wat you need to...then putting cold water on top to close the pore....dry it...THEN put the highlighter under the brow...correct me if im wrong! Another tip: putting warm
water before you tweeze helps reduce pain---becuase warm water opens your pores!!

Those are some good tips and all. But the lady giving the lesson didn't have great eyebrows to begin with (uneven and thin). And the model's brows were way too thick, they could've used a little bit more plucking. Just my opinion, but the basic idea is right.
