but what ppl dont tell u is the recount was only for gore counties and not a statewide recount. I think the misinterpretation is only gore counties there were problems, but there were problems all over florida. Also four years after this, cnn concluded that gore would have still lost if the supreme court went the other way and the only way gore could have won is a statewide recount. ppl should point to the problems w/ election system, and stop this nonsense and bickering.

Is the Left still ranting about this? Lets see: Gore's plan was to continue the recount of selected heavily Dem counties...recount after recount after recount...until he got the result he wanted. Then he would announce VOILA!! THIS is the correct count; all those others are in error. BTW, I saw today the Court has decided the Gitmo detainees do have "rights"; many ecstatic Lefty posts on the subject...the same cocksuckers who were pissed that the Court stopped the Gore recount nonsense.
