Ron Paul a racist? If you're talking about those bullshit newsletters you'd better take your own advice and educate yourself! He doesnt want raza here? Son he's probably one of the very few republicans of whom strive for a good guest worker program! While he might not support amnesty he is for a fair comprehensive immigration reform, oh by the way I'm a former immigrant and now a US citizen! I had to cough up money and wait in line for years like everyone else, maybe you should too, RONPAUL2008!

subcomandante marcos, a leader among the zapatistas, was once a marxist philosopher. however, the zapatistas can actually be considered constitutionalists because they supported the continuation of Article 27 of the mexican constitution that guaranteed indigenous rights. this amendment was removed in 1994 which coincided with the advent of NAFTA. they just want what was guaranteed and to maintain their lifestyle. viva los zapatistas!

EZLN take most of their political ideaologies from Anarcho-communist/Libertarian-socialist viewpoints, which are mostly characterised in their anti-neoliberalism, and anti-imperialism standpoints. Their communism and anarchism could more easily be seen as less important areas of their domestic manifestations, while their true cause is a local class struggle for justice in Mexico.
