Hum, I did not know that. Fun to learn learn things!
Be glad you didn't get the Sega Master System. Aside from a couple of games, it was a pretty boring system. Sega didn't pick up until Sega Genesis w/ Sonic the Hedgehog, business-wise at least.

Well i am very glad you are willing to understand :) And yes you are 100% right when it comes to the Master System because now that i look back it certainly was a boring system. Sonic the Hedgehog certainly was BIG news over here for a while and a friend of mine had both a Megadrive/Genesis as well as a C64 and although i was VERY impressed with Sonic ( mostly its scroll speed ) i still stuck with my Commodore machines and at that time i had just bought an Amiga.

Actually, various Amiga games programmers tried to have clone versions of Sonic for the Amiga as in speed wise and gameplay wise and although there were some great attempts ( search on YouTube for "Kid Chaos & "Mr Nutz" ) the crown still went to Sonic. The Amiga had its own batch of unique titles of which some were ported to the 16 bit Consoles.

I know did anyone every actually beat that game. I mean when I was younger I beat every game I had, didn't matter how difficult or tedious. But I gave up on ghost and goblins. Took me like a full day just to beat the first stage. Then when you run out of continues they make you start al over!!!! WTF IS THAT SHIT. U know there was some japanese guy laughing his ass off being like " ha ha ha I can't believe they're actually playing it." Whew sorry..... but it scarred my fragil little mind.

Nice to hear the Punch-Out!! arcade get orchestrated. To making things easier, the Video Games Live orchestra should orchestrate songs from games developed by certain developers, not just popular ones. For example, to orchestrate songs from Konami games, they would include Frogger, Yie-Ar Kung Fu, Castlevania series, Metal Gear series, The Goonies 1 and 2, Legend of the Mystical Ninja series, Bio Miracle Bokutte Upa, Getsu Fuuma Den, Contra series, Sparkster series, Violent Storm and others.
