| Another moment of Kwan genius: the triple flip followed by the double axel. The final musical phrase of that section is a two-note "phrase" played by the trumpet. She does the axel take-off and lands precisely on the last note. It's simply perfect and provides such a structural moment in the choreography by really marking the end of the first section. No one does like my Michelle! I also just love how she goes right up into that axel from the flip, so smoothly and effortlessly. Ah, heaven! |

| i just don't know if she will really be even in the Top 3 when the next Olympics come around due to her lack of competition and experience with the new system. she's only been under the system once (Worlds) i believe. as much as i really love michelle kwan, i feel that the real battle will be between Mao Asada, Miki Ando, and Yuna Kim. |
