the slides and hammers on the 3rd to the 5th and 7th on the A and the nice warm harmonics he uses are key to this song it just sounds so good. also the way he strokes the high B and E between the harmonics are one of those little big things that make this song special

I can also really recommend a Gurian, if you can find one. VERY rich and warm, handmade, usually from Indian or Brazilian rosewood with spruce tops. Don't get me wrong - Stonebridge are FINE guitars, and they can "age" them so they sound vintage. Very nice effect. Both have a warmer sound than...say...a Martin, in my opinion, but I haven't heard every Martin. Perhaps it's partly the nostalgia factor (Gurian's been out of production for decades), but most owners would NEVER part with one.

can you please tell me what guitars antoine uses? i really wanna know cause im gonna be buying a new guitar fairly soon, and im looking to splash out a bit, but i wanna do my research first and i love the sound of his guitars. i ask cause you seem to know a bit about guitars :P also whats the rag for? im guessing its to wipe the strings down afterwards?

The bandanna is there to silence the high pitch ring that issues when he strums hard. He used to use or maybe still does use a Stonebridge Guitar. He recently started using a guitar built by Mario Beauregard. Most of his older videos are played with a Stonebrige. He has a blog where you can get any info you might want about him and his guitars/tunings and stuff. He has a few videos on his Youtube channel you might want to check out as well. Anyways, hope that helps. Regards.
