Wud it be very holy or evil for a Muslim father to hv his male relatives, TO NOT only NOT hunt down & NOT kill any non-Muslims who raped/are raping his daughters & wife - BUT to ALSO LICENSE those non-Muslims TO CONTINUE raping his daughters & wife, ONLY IF & AS LONG as those non-Muslims wud regularly pay him MONEY AND wud also "merely" SUBDUEDLY (instead of openly) rape his daughters & wife?
