Simple... Type in command or cmd in the RUN under START menu. It opens a Dos prompt. Type in tracert youtube-com then press Enter. You will see every router's and node IP address between you and youtube's router. You can glean info from the cryptic names too like cities, states, counties, dsl, dialup, etc. You can plug in any IP address or url without the w w w prefix. You can also ping youtube-com too.
Obviously replace anywhere I used a hyphen with a period. Duh!
