mr nilent; to compare scott garrett to george bush, is an insult to george bush. to compare scott garrett to a Real Human Being, is an insult to a R.H.B. i have watched him both on the floor of the house, and on c-span . and the thought of the song from the wizard of oz, if i only had a heart comes to mind he is a heartless ideologue and nothing more.
