Why do we remember the ones that broke up with us?? These should be the ones we quickly forget. Is it because they dumped us before we dumped them..or could it be our best catch which we let slip away. Excuse me now, got to get my fix of depressing break-up music from the late 70s/80s. Think I will pull up "take it on the run" by REO Speedwagon - yet another bad breakup memory song for me....

The song that really sucked for me way back in 1984 was "You Dropped A Bomb on Me". That was playing when I drove out of my exgf driveway after she dumped me. :(
But I never imagined being with her forever anyway. It only hurt me cause I was all alone at 21 and had a crappy family relationship. When u r young things r harder to deal with than when u get older. U accept things when u get older as u learn u cannot do anything about it anyway.
