The New Deal didn't make much of an impact. Making weapons for Great Britain and France in 1939 and 1940 and entering the War in 1941 ended the Depression.

The Great Depression sort of started but slowly because the stock markets had not crashed yet; they're dropping drastically but they haven't reached the bottom of the pit. I bet around 10-20 years from now, the Depression will begin.
