So I GUESS we voted for Clinton, Gore, and Kerry cause they were black too right? Plus, McCain voted against the MLK Holiday and Affirmative Action, you thought we'd vote for HIM? I guess the fact that more whites voted for Obama than in any other election was just a coincidence right? We always vote democrat, but this year I just think people saw a chance to influence real change. Plus Obama ran a hell of a get out the vote campaign. Unprecedented. We just exercised our 1st amendment right. That's all. We only had 2 choices.

He and Ayers sat on an education reform board together. He had nothing to do with Bill Ayers' actions in the 60's. He stayed in the church because of the congregation not the pastor. I don't think it's ageist or racist or sexist to point out that the majority of shooting and murders are committed by young black men, and that the majority of murder victims are young black men. Black on black crime is more common than any other kind of crime. So when Imus says "there ya go" he's only acknowledging a commonly known statistic. It's like Cosby said, "sometimes you have to turn the mirror inward."
