Really cool song. Aimee definitely has a knack for writing catchy hooks. I really like this and the rest of her catalog even the 80s stuff she disowned. Aimee's music always had a heart.

Saw her last week in Northampton, MA during her X-Mass show tour w Grant Lee Phillips, et. al. Great tunes, great sound, great talent. It was good to see such artists still creating fresh work today (Aimee played Freeway at the gig). I remember seeing Till Tuesday and Grant Lee Buffalo back in the day. Till Tuesday: timeless songs wrapped in 80's pop. GLB: opened for Paul Westerberg and blew me away with their intensity. I'd never heard of them before then.

Aimee Mann is the consummate singer/songwriter. too bad her talent is so often overlooked by most of the music world. she's a brilliant lyricist and like StackMo1 writes, she always comes up with hook-laden melodies, too. i've been a huge fan since Whatever, which i still consider to be one of the most auspicious debut release ever...
