I love the way Mason Williams plays but he holds no candle to Tommy. Tommy made this song not only his own but made it better. If you want to listen to Tommy with what I think would be more feeling for you then listen to "Somewhere over the Rainbow"

YEah, too bad thats the one of the few times they cut to just his face. Wish i could have seen his fingers. Moving from an electric guitar to an acoustic guitar, I've come to appreciate (sometimes hate) the difficulty of the latter. So I agree with you, to pull that off is ridiculous

Tommy Emmanuel is awesome and he has heaps of feeling when he plays the guitar. I think you only don't like him because he is so talented and you will never be that good.

lol!! yeah I know! But if you notice, right after he plays that they go to his hands again. haha, Yeah, Tommy has done alot of stuff over the years to make his hands really strong so he can play stuff like that easily on the acoustic. But it really does just get alot easier over time. Just make sure the action on your guitar is lower, it makes things alllloooot easier.
