I may also add that I work in the media so I read a lot about what our police here in Australia have to deal with, I thought our cops have it hard here but I'd hate to see what Philly cops have to deal with everyday. Maybe paper toweling instead of toilet paper? Anyway, the guys that I saw walked around the car until the wrapped the car with a few layers of plastic, shrink-wrapping it, just like they do when they don't want pallets of product to move or shift around in a truck.
