Yes, it is. It's practically the same, but in a completely different setting and of course with different content. The leveling system is different too, but other than that it's a lot like Diablo 2. Which is a good thing if you ask me. It's not very original, but it helps me make the waiting for Diablo 3 more bareable. Hehehe. Also, there are no other good games like this around at the moment.

If you like hack n' slash type of games this is for you. If you were a fan of Diablo 2, this is right up your ally. I personally played D2 for about a year maybe longer and I think Titan Quest:IT is better. Plus it can be had for $20 or less on amazon or ebay.

I'd have to disagree, it is not Diablo 2 exactly but the play style is that of D2. Run around, kill lots of stuff, level up, skill up, gear up, beat 'big' bosses etc. TQ just nails this way better than D2 did.

That's why Diablo 2 is still being played by many after 8 years, lol dude, nice joke. The best item system and class balance, random environment, lot of crazy builds. All the reasons why Diablo is still the hack&slash king.
