You can totally tell she's lip syncing. When she does that last "la la la la la" her real voice cracks, and her mic is turned back on so she can say happy holidays. It's really not convincing that she's singing it.

i love how she sings at 3:30. she's so good that her lips aren't even moving! and i LOVE how her voice only get's louder at 3:42. it must've taken a lot of effort to belt out the "la la la la la" part. so much better than carrie underwood's LIVE version.
