You idiot that isnt rejuvination thats bloom, rejuvination can only be used on bridges and broken things, bloom is all plant related stuff ,still okami rocks, i completed it 10 times in a week, yay stray beads arfe annying but when you get them all you become invincible! whooooooooooooooo go stray beads!

"Rejuvenation" is referring to what is happening to the landscape not to any specific ability in the game.

Actually, I enjoyed this game much more than the newest Zelda (Twilight Princess). I recommend Okami to everyone, it's amazing.

The dude you race in the fields and near the beach of the big city where you fight the empeor. You need to beat him twice, I believe, and you get an item. When you get the Cat skill, you climb a tower to the left of the palace in the city and give it to a scientist. He will ask for help, draw the lightning bolt and you will learn it
