Played this (clarinet) 34 years ago in concert band. The climax starting at 3:45 always gave me goose bumps. What an explosion of sound. It was awesome. And still is!

We played this song last year in band at this speed and it was oustanding. We got awards all over the place for it. And now because of budget cuts we lost our conductor and have been reduced to playing level 1 and 2 music. It's embarassing.
