In fairness, he has paid the price for his professional improprieties already through the loss of his licence. No further penalty is required. Though he may be worrying, he is not as far as I can tell currently breaking the law, which you overlook.
Furthermore, you are really pushing it when you say he is falling back on his phd by referring to himself as a doctor. If you have a phd you ARE a doctor, and are entitled to call yourself one. So what do you propose? ...Penalties? What for?

Also, your comments about his office are absurd. So it's an apartment? So what? Lots of people have apartment offices. And you actually went to his address? Who should we be more scared of here?
He's also not a sex offender and that remark verges on slander. He made sexual advances towards his patients. This is professionally unethical and the medical board reserves the right to revoke licenses on the grounds of such impropriety, but it's not illegal. Very big difference.

A letter campaign asking for what? What do you want the government to do? If he's not doing anything illegal, why should they interfere in his life? And no, as far as your video indicates, it's not true that he's a sex offender. As I pointed out, what he did was unethical and is not allowed by th
e medical board. It is not, however, a sex offense. If you have information indicating criminal convictions I suggest you include it in your video.

The guy is Dimitri The Lover. Go to his web site. Listen to a radio interview in the MEDIA CENTRE. Same voice. I met him walking this summer, we became lovers. I was swept off my feet. When I learned who he was I refused to see him again. I was heartbroken. He's the most seductive, manipulative man I ever met.
