Corrupted LAPD hanging out with gang members

As I was returning to my parked car from staples center, I saw what I first thought was a bunch of gangbangers hanging out. Then I found out these gangs were talking to LAPD! Let me tell ya. They were having quite a good time.
I hid behind the bush (literally!) and shot this footage. Protect and serve, my ass!

why escalate the problem. They try to tell the gang members that they are just out there doing their job. Protect and serve is what they do. They cant make themselves out to be bad guys.

Hey thats how they get info on gangs, they talk to rival gangs. You can't police a community stuck in your cruiser, you need to reach out and gather intelligence to combat crime. Thats the reason we have the CIA, NSA and FBI etc. You don't think they talk to terrorists and criminals to catch bigger fish? Course they do, one hand washes the other.
