wow dude, ur unlucky. me and my friends on xbox live downloaded the new experience and every thing works just fine. still have music,achivements, memory etc. u should call microsoft again. sorry fellow gamer. =(

i like it. we all have opinions. i've learnt xbox and ps3 fanboys should just stick to there own xbox/ps3 related vids. so dont watch if you dont like the console. go watch ps3 stuff. i do that. i've never seen a ps3 vid apart from the "no frickin games" one

Funny because reports everywhere say that PS3 games sell better and in larger amounts compared to the xbox 360. So I don't see the point of reminding everyone that Xbox 360 games are higher in quantity but NOT quality.

i was thinking of getting a ps3... but 1st i need to know if they have improved the xbox 360 (arcade version) because i had the core system and it broke like 5 times, so if someone could tell me if the arcade version has been improved and how i would appreciate it. Most useless update for any system to date. It offers nothing new but take from what is already out. Copying ideas all the time so that they can keep in the gaming industry. Avatars is just so lame, the xbox and the Wii are in the same category now. If you want hardcore gaming and thousands of features, exclusives and future free software such as home then go buy yourself a PS3, seriously. Its the best move anyone could ever make. The 360 is nothing but failure, PS3 is the future.

first off.ps3 rules and it is better.second.360 is also good and fun!nothing wrong.well.......there are some problems but ive experienced both consoles and u need to take good care of ur 360 for not to make probs.but overall ps3 is just the best!!!
