Who can invite him to do this again ? I wish no one something bad, but i hope really they die like the poor dog. not only vargas, the persons which invited him too. we put the petition on our online store on the first page and all other sites. Better would be, we pay all a few cents for a killer and do his "art" on himself.my opinion...that's very sad to see..

you posted this, huh? why didn't you research more. this story is not accurate. agreed, stop the cruelty. habacuc agrees too in fact he captured a stray dog that was starving and near death. he fed and watered the animal daily except for durring the exhibit because he wanted it to appear like he was starving it to death. the point he was making was that people pass by these dogs regularly and do nothing. in this setting it was shocking.

this dog was not harmed at all. in fact i'm almost sure it's better off. it was fed, watered, indoors, and cared for for at least a short while. and habacuc has brought more attention to this subject (animal neglect) than you and i both ever will. you shouldn't just believe something because the possibility of it being true outrages you, and you certainly spread untruths about an animal rights hero. if you post serious videos about controvertial issues, you really should do your homework.

it was just such a stupid thing to say, i thought the sarcasm was odvious. (howard stern/eric cartman humor)
as time passes, the real and full story will come out, and people will not hate habacuc anymore, IF they listen. unfortunately, concern for animal neglect will also fade, i think, and people will get back to their normal 'starbucks' life styles.
i'd like you to know, i do admire the spirit behind you posting this.

Millions of homeless people and animals die around the world everyday. This Artistic statement was not a case of animal abuse. It was a statement about real life. Many witnessed the animals slow death and did nothing. All of us are guilty of this. We place online petitions to rescue or prosecute individuals but what about the big picture? Death happens, some death is ugly. Most of us are just too sheltered to want to see the ugly reality of life.

That's not the point. He took a dog off the street and starved it deliberatly.
Think about it like this.
If I took an African child and tied it to a fence and starved it, would you call it art?
No, because it's cruelty, not art.
We call it art because it's a dog, not a human. That's not an excuse. He could have portrayed the message in a way that did not mean taking a dog and deliberatly starving it. It was a terrible thing to do, and it shouldn't happen again. Ever.

if he was a "real" artist,then he would have sacrificed HIMSELF to prove whatever he was trying to prove.Artists throughout history have done things to themselves in the name of art.When u starve an animal that's just plain ABUSE! What pissed me off the worst was seeing the pics of people walking around the gallery just watching this animal in the corner dying, WTF?I would've taken a bullet in my back if i had to running out the door of that gallery w/ that dog in my arms.BURN IN HELL VARGAS!

I've seen a few videos about his poor dog..... it is sooooo sad. :((((( if I has seen that dog, I would have fed it-and if i could, taken it to the local humane society or something so It would be well taken care of and brought back to health the right way. :(

This man has a sick sick mind. How could he thought of this as "art" This man is a form of the devil. I sighned the petition as soon as I heard he may be doing this again. This man, deserves to starve. The poor dog, he looked so innocent, and looked like he was longing for love, thinking that sick man would give it to him, but instead, he found himself starved, and tied to a rope. :'(
