First off, Spidey would be so overwhelmed by Bats coolness factor that he would immediately suggest a team-up, even if he was being brainwashed into fighting Bats.
Second, Bats is the best fighter in the DC universe and Spidey is often outmatched by Daredevil who is only second-best in the Marvel universe. I could go on like this for hour's but the point is Bats would win everytime. On the whole it's an odd vid but i've seen worse.

naw... bamtman has gadgets that could own spiderman,bruce (batman) was also gone for 7 years learning different fighting styles from around the world and also was part of league assassins with his trainer (the worlds best martial artist -Ra's Al Goul-) i just call it a draw they are both awesome heroes

My dad(R.I.P)would always tell me that spider-man is genuis but he wasn't really up for batman though.Spider-man is the best in the Marvel universe as for Batman it's nothing wrong with liking batman in a sense but some people just overshadows spider-man geez at lease the spider-man movies wasn't cheesey as hell like forever and Batman&Robin!I really liked the spider-man movies-it stays true to the comic fans like my dad was.

I dont read the comics (better, i've read only Miller first batman comic) but i dont think that connections between two form of art or fundamental to judge Nolan effort *as any other movies). BB and the Dark Knight are simply the 2 best comic movie ever realized, for concept, script, atmosphere and characters development. point.
