Using REAL police authority, police equipment, etc to do this type of thing is about the same as taking out their service issued pistol and shooting someone in the foot and then laugh about it. Each of these dudes should be fired (what if this pastor had a bad heart) and if they are not fired, file recall petition on the mayor just to send the point home. Trust me, the proper way to get a bad cop is to go over his head attacking his boss' job. Always works! |

I retired from law enforcement. I also served as Inspector at one of the largest postal installations in the south. So get real. Furthermore, absent deals and shit of that nature, I hold a 100% conviction rate of EVER person that took an offens(s) to trial. That's right, 100%. |

| And as for your reference to "no more than sitting in a parking lot writing reports", report writing (I'd luv to read some of your excellent grammaristic reports) is part of a cops job. He is paid to write a report,NOT paid to be fucking around with emergency equipment. What had some vehicle approaching abruptly swithed from the right to the left lane due to those fabulous "move over laws" and crashed into another car killing it's occupants? What reasoning or"oh shit lie" would you concoct then? |

| And as far as my history, in 15 years of service, I have only been on the stand one time. That's right, because when you write an excellent report, the scum bags plead out. And I have been decorated 4 times with ZERO disciplinary action during my tour. So don't think you are so great there Top Cop. | A police report is "hearsay" in court and rarely can an officer read from his report in court. Audio and video convicts, not reports. Solid arrests get convictions as well. I have problems with over zealous cops who arrest and stack charges, etc. As for team player, I arrested 2 of my team mates and they copt a deal and resigned.
