nah they made him brainwashed and stuff in the episode because Hayes' publicist said the south park guys were biggots. so they made him brainwashed in the show (parallelling the idea that scientology [the reason Isaac left South Park] brainwashed him) & killed him for that, not solely because he left. he departed from the show with both ends of the situation on good terms. it was the comment that pushed south park to do that episode. plus the publicist made it look like it was isaac's own words
