Lol. 2 years and this video is still being debated. Frankly, people need to just loosen up a bit. So, he used the word, "nigga" He got suspended for 10 days, whatever. Learned his lesson. It's true that black kids these days constantly use the word "nigga", and it's kind of lame to say it's racist when they themselves use it. Still, being a racist insult, everyone should try not to say it because it only adds fuel to a low-burning fire. I have to admit though the teacher seems quite comfortable using the word, which surprised me. I never hear teachers where I live say that, I guess it has to do with location.

Lets see...the 1st Amendment allows me to say whatever I want without fear of being punished. The FCC says I can't say some words due to those words being "harmful" which is Bullshit. i agree with DTRagg 110%. the word nigga is used so much by blacks, why should a white get get in trouble for it? from my two decades of experience (going to a public school all 12 years) the majority of black kids are EXTREMELY ignorant, selfish, and will look for any scapegoat to get their asses out of trouble.
