GML didn't use angle brackets to delineate tags. It used the period character at the beginning. Goldfarb however switched to using angle brackets in SGML (since October 1986).

thanks for your feedback, there are a lot of sites offering domain names and hosting. I have not looked into a lot of them. I was going to go with a free hosting but for some reason my content would not load, I would say they are free for a reason. SO I used godaddy dot com Its not free but its not too expensive. If you add hosting to your domain, then your domain will only be $1+ a year and I pay for hosting the basic package is $4+ a month.
