This is stupid. Go read a book kid. Tracert displays the routers in the path to the website, not the users on the website. Your password change technique doesn't work unless you've already got admin privileges. Keep trying though.

well. this right here prooves you dont need to know how to get cmd even when it is blocked. cause you obviously know nothing of batch programing. so do me a favor, get off your lazy bum and go learn batch, thats what i did, it took me only 2 months to go from knowing nothing to being at master batch lvl. (very helpful in long run)

But seriously... if one doesn't even know how to open the command prompt... they might as well not bother with this.
And this would never work
1. If the command prompt is disabled... it's still gonna give the same results... no matter if it's a batch/short cut or not. You can try safe mode, but chances are same result.
2.You can use a keylogger, or trojan, to obtain the Admin rights instead of this.. or sniff out the network.
3. Bat script isn't programming

ehhh, i did it so, but when i open the cmd, there are "Click any button to continue". Fuck, and when i try to write some codes the cmd gets closed.
