It's not *in* harry. It's cordioned off into the scar, which reacts to 'evil' as Harry puts it. Whenever Harry is around Voldemort, it reacts, whenever Voldemort feels strongly about something, his scar reacts. It's not like a normal curse scar--and its not just because its the bloody AK curse. ;)
Lets also point out...there are three things he directly possessed, Nagi, Ginny, and Harry. Ginny through his horcrux diary...Nagini through supposedly being a horcrux. So how else through Harry? ;)

Jo even said that what happens in the 7th book some people will love and others will loathe. through his blood but harryishLOVExx does have a point but voldemort couldnt touch harry before but he now can because he has his own body and i no he cnt stnd the love harry holds in is body but i guess he must've really needed the body or harry mght've not been feeling very loved at the time since cedric had died in front ov him and well...i cnt really explain it but i hp u no wat im trying to make a point ov lol!!

Well, he was looking to make himself the last horcruz in his special number of horcruxes, this we know. Now, most of the time he fought people he *killed* them, he did not *murder* them in cold blood, as is needed for a horcrux spell. When he killed Lily, she didn't fight back, so thus he 'murdered' her, and wsa able to split off a piece of his soul.

Noo, wait. She may have fought back. You'll nevah know. But I stand by my 2 points: LIN is an amazing videomaker, and Harry is just not a Horcrux. You don't make accidental Horcruxes. If you did, all the Death Eaters would have one and be deformed (if we can assume Voldemort's transformation was the Horcruxes' Fault)
