| This ball is not good for heavy oiled conditions. I have this ball and i used it today on a normal house shot but heavy oiled and it didn't hook. I just bought a Brunswick Fury to replace it for heavy oiled conditions. |

| i love how people think its always the ball, have people relaized you can change the surface..i use a sidewinder, black widow, and a solid zone~superkoil-7 and i would also like to say that bowling balls cant really die because they make machines that suck the oil right out of them... |

| i would also like to say that i'm a high rev guy and if you are to and you think your black widow isn't hooking like it should be just take out some of the thumb weight and open up the balance hole a bit and it should work i also threw some rough buff polish on mine.. |

| i bowled tonight on some real heavy oil with it and it broke nicely (sometimes even too much and ate the face for a couple nasty splits), i throw high rev and speed would recomend for heavy oil nice reaction/recovery |

| The Total NV has more hook potential and will react more and may hit the pins harder depending on speed leaving less solid pins.The Storm Shift is what I think is a medium skill level ball.The Shift has not near as much hook potential,so in my opinion the NV is a lot better. |

| well i have an ultra zone that is cracked from finger to finger but its lasted quite a while ... id say about a good 200 games after it happened. so i wouldnt worry very much about it. |
