Truly Wonderful movie. I love it more than any other movie, this is the greatest masterpiece.

Il videogioco S.T.A.L.K.E.R è tratto da questo film. Seppur alcune cose vengono cambiate l'idea originale parte dal film che tra le altre cose è del '75. Infatti il gioco è ambientato nel 2011, e nel film neanche si fa riferimento al luogo dove è girato. Nel film non si vedranno mostri o anomalie ma di fatto i protagonisti lanciano dei bulloni per aprirsi la strada. In pratica è un film trash di 2 ore e mezzo, moolto lento, anche noioso. Ma quale fan di stalker (gioco) lo ho apprezzato ^^

hey dumbass! the movie it's definitely not american...and most of us are european. But...like it or not...we all are a bit violent. It's our nature. On the other hand u're the one with 666 at the end of your name, so that makes you the most fucked up person around here. Great movie.My respects for Tarkovsky.

Trash nel senso buono. Mi spiego meglio. intendo dire che non passera mai al cinema o alla nostra televisione e che è reperibile solo attraverso canali "inconsueti" e che una minoranza di persone (me compreso) possa apprezzarlo.
Non conosco il regista, ma conosco chi ha creato il videogioco, hanno catturato l'essenza di quello che il film esprime.

That film foundation on the book "picnic on the roadside"(dunno english name of the book(russian book, writed by Stugacky brothers)), game creators(i mean S.T.A.L.K.E.R. creators) take idea of that book(but change it). That film not bad, but boring a little bit, and i think book was better.

One has to be a REAL human to appreciate this film. Not a shitty feel-good bio-robot with a smiling mask on a string.
Too bad there are too few real HUMANS in the World. Maybe 1 out of 100.
This film is about a man, a truthseeker. The Stalker, his hopes and dreams and despairs. Everything else is a frame of his portrait.
