The end of the song and the video suggest she killed herself.... I always interpreted her sitting in the bathtub as cutting her wrists (but more artistically portrayed)... and at the end 'you were free.... now you're not' doesn't suggest she just left

This song reminds me of a young girl who hurt so much just because she didn't know what she wanted or who she was. Sad song but great tune! Since I was 6 I'd hear this CD play again and again. My Parents, especially my Dad LOVES Five For Fighting. We'd drive down to the beach and would always hear a FFF song. Memories. =)
