Colbert Finds ACLU Mole at Fox News?

Judge Andrew Napolitano (mentioned as Ron Paul's running mate, see http://tinyurl.com/2csnvb) during his January 31 appearance on "The Colbert Report" provided much evidence he doesn't quite fit the Fox News Republican ethos as I show with the clips and commentary in this video.
