If you choose stay in Imperial Arya Duta hotel, they could find you some good tour guides immediately. They are very handful, so do not worry for these things, ;-).

You most welcome. My meaning about handful was they do really helpful for everything. For snorkling, we have many tiny islands that you can explore over here and also you can use traditional boat of my people. :-)
