The truth in this movie IS dark and disturbing, but nobody should feel like nothing can be done about it. Shop local and organic whenever you can. Talk to your local farmers of all kinds. Grow your own garden. Buy produce at your farmers markets in the summer. Seek out membership at a CSA (community supported agriculture) farm. All these things hit companies like Monsanto where it hurts most - in the pocketbook - and all these things get healthier food into you. I call that doing something!

Chemical companies and large corporations in general should not be allowed to use food as a source of profit. Food becomes, like toys, cheap crap designed to fill the part, but offer nothing of value. Foods should be grown for content, nutrition, etc., not as a means of food control and profits.

Never gonna do it. They contaminated everyone else's crops, which should be illegal. Then for them to claim that they need to be paid will cause the death of them all. You cannot allow your product to contaminate others and when they try they will find resistance. Their project will fail because I, for one, don't believe in what they do. peace... the future is bright, you just have to promote what needs to be done now.

No unfortunately its the opposite -- the laws help them to expand their monopoly, the FDA, EPA and the Bush administration are all in collusion with Monsanto and the big lobbies of biotechnologies

i've recently joined a really good forum and one of the contributors there (aunt bea) recently wrote how she has a beautiful kitchen and stove in a lovely farmhouse where she lives in a fantastic community in the states but off the beaten track...she recently had a knock on her door..it was the ministry of agriculture and markets just making their presence felt from what she says but her heart dropped and it home to her just how monitored we are: home grown food WILL be outlawed as per Agenda 21

Knowing what we are eating is paramount to our survival. It is frustrating to hear NONE of this even mentioned or questioned in any of these campaigns, by the press or the candidates themselves.
I guess this means Monsanto® is doing a better job than I gave them credit for earlier. Of course it doesnt help us when executives of Monsanto® now work for the FDA. Remove the wool from your eyes by watching the full documentary The Future of Food on Netflix Instant.

I would like to know what effect lawn care pesticides that many of our fathers used on our grass in the 70's and 80's, including Monsanto's RoundUp, has had on our health as children. I remember playing in the grass after my father sprayed or had this company called Davey Landscaping come and spray for him.
