I think you are over-analysing my remark though. And I wasn't being ironic asking if you were an analyst (or just a little maybe). It is clear to me that he is not stupid and that he just didn't really think about the question before answering. I was just amazed by you being able to link his mistake to the huricane by reconstructing his reasoning. I hadn't though about that (probably because I lived in Europe at the time of the Hurricane and didn't really care about it).
