Nightvision sends beams of infrared to a platform which light up. So, the camera sees the area in green (which causes the fosfor) and then the area turns into green. You can see it moves along the camera :)

But people on these comments were apparently identifying these lights! I got 3 negatives for a very sensible comment! Actually I have seen a low flying silver disc in broad daylight, my sighting was more impressive because lights can easily be misinterpreted. When I saw the UFO - I thought there was nothing paranormal about it. If it was from another planet, that IS NATURAL and NOT PARANORMAL. If aliens exist, then they are natural beings, not demons or all that other cobblers people think

Seen my fair share of similar lights threw my PVS. If you notice, the lights in the sky just happen to be above lights on the ground, thats what its from, Sorry to demount you off your high horse but that's what its from, no UFO. Watched a light like this for 21hrs and its was there the next night but later that night the cloud cover came and went, the light dissipated with no clouds and came back with clouds same position and looked the same to.

I think these things look alot like ones they were talking about on UFO Hunters on the History channel. But those were in the Mid-West US I think. What are they? I'm sure we will never know.
