| This song is pretty simple to play.. Starts on G, picked like every other song with some hammer ons, goes to an a with a hammer on 1 on b. then a c walk down as he is saying "children never cry" " no matter how we try"...etc. then back to the g to do it again. The hammer on's are pretty standard for sam...so hopefully that helps. just play along with him. to get it down. |

| i guess it's kind of strange to explain. for example, if you are holding a "c" you would finger pick like normal, start by hitting the "a" string which is the "c" root note, and eveyr time after you "walk down" playing "b" the second time, then the third open "a" then switch chords to an Am....does that help? |
