"Why does the sea withdraw?
That's to have people say 'Again!'"
('Encore' is what the audience shouts to request the musicians to repeat a piece)
"Tu ne crois pas que tu pousses un peu le bouchon?" is literally "Don't you think you are pushing the button a bit?"

Actually, "bouchon" means stopper, cork (bouton = button) "Tu ne crois pas que tu pousses un peu le bouchon?" is a way to say "don't you think you're exaggerating a bit ?" (or going too far)
