A: You probably have only seen the 2000 remake. In the 1974 original, Eleanor was a 1973 Ford Mustang with yellow paint and a black hood. Hence why the car looks the way it does in this video. FAQ: Doesn't this chase last longer than 60 seconds? A: The movie title "Gone in 60 Seconds" refers t
o how long it takes the characters to break into cars and drive away with them, rather than how long it takes to lose police. This especially makes sense when you consider the 1974 original ends with a 40 minute car chase...one of the longest car chases ever put in a movie. FAQ: Why isn't this t
he same car as in the movie? A: The only Mustang in NFSMW is the 2006 Mustang GT. This is the best I can do, and modding isn't an option since this is a Xbox 360 copy. --- I drive my Mustang GT (styled after Eleanor in the 1974 movie "Gone in 60 Seconds") in a chase against Level 4 and Level
5 heat. Lots of crashes, roadblock runs, rolling box breakouts, and other assorted stunts. You know, I can't help but wonder if designing my Mustang after Eleanor gives me some kind of luck. Cause I sure didn't think I was going to get away at some points in this video (like in the dogpile after
I failed to get past a roadblock), but I did in the end.

Why? Then it wouldn't be Gone in 60 Seconds anymore. You have to use the Mustang for a Gone in 60 Seconds video. There is no debating this.

You've only seen the remake, haven't you? In the original movie it was a 1973 Mustang. Secondly, unless you know how to magically add the right mustang to the game, this is the best I can do.

Personally, I could never name one racing game that would be the greatest racing game of all time. It's mostly because you've got so much variety in this genre, so you end up with a lot of apple to orange comparisons. Like...I don't think it's right to compare NFS and GT, because these games are aimed at people with different tastes in racing.

But GT is a simulation, while NFS leans towards the arcadey side. This is why I don't think they're truly comparable. You could never convince a hardcore sim fan to choose NFS over GT even though they're both racing games, because he just doesn't want arcade stuff. I would guess it's vice versa for you. Now if you wanted to compare NFS to Midnight Club, that would be a much better apples-to-apples comparison.

But I am not talking about you. What I'm talking about is a hardcore sim fan...a person who isn't just "kinda" into sims. Anyway, my point is, I've never seen a racing game that would satisfy every racing fan's tastes. NFSMW wouldn't even come close, because it certainly wouldn't please the hardcore sim crowd.

But that makes the video more exciting, don't you think? I put this video up BECAUSE OF the close calls, not in spite of them. A chase where I never get anywhere near being captured would be nowhere near as interesting to watch.

The funniest thing about this video is how defensive your answers to the "FAQs" are. You would have had to post all of the FAQs and answers before anyone could actually view the video, too. How can questions be asked before the video is seen?

Only the last one's defensive. And why would I have to stick them before the video? The FAQs in the description have pretty well done what I'd hoped they'd do (reduce repetitive comments), so I don't see the need for that.
