Learn how to make a kamehameha using Adobe After Effects with Trapcode's Shine. Note: this is not a beginner's tutorial. I try to explain everything in detail, but I suggest having at least a basic understanding of AE, especially keyframes.

Pc boy. I couldn't do that either so i Duplicated the energy ball. (Using that duplication) And moved it up (on the time line) to where the beam should start (in the time line) and edited that with the pen tool. And worked. ...

if you dont have trapcode go to styleize and light burst then styleize then roughen edges go to the effect bar on roughen edges then roughen colour hope this helps
