Her job is to replace him, regardless of his health, you don't need a medical record to state the grounds on why you're voting for a person. If he can't lead, there's the VP; don't like the VP? Don't vote for him. Period. A public medical record is unnecessary in my opinion.

America was founded to be a Constitutional union of separate Constitutional republics, specifically because Democracies like monarchies and dictatorships are paths to Tyranny. So our constitution strictly limits the power and scope of government and divided its into separate perpetually competing factions.
Those divisions have collapsed with the FDRs new deal take over and subsequent domination of government thou vote buying, and court blackmail.
