| Drifting is never the fastest way around a corner. But of course it depends what kind of racing series it is. In rally racing, powersliding is usually the fastest way around since they naturally slide around on the dirt or other mixed pavements. Show drifting like D1GP is never the fastest way around a corner period. |

| No, drifting is not faster than taking the apex in Cup Racing. You dont see F1 drivers sliding around corners do you, nope, cause they'd rather invest in airfoils to give the car more traction than give in to a fad. |

| 1989 or 1991 I forget now. Chevy went to the front wheel drive Lumina from the rear wheel drive Monte Carlo. Which is stock to rwd nascar HOW? lol. I just think that was the last straw for them being stock cars anymore. |

| Nascar is for commercializations. There was an article in Motor Tren that talked about it, how they keep name dropping the car like "Well, John, my Home Depo car drove so great today..." "Looks at #22 in the UPS brown, he's amazing" Yeah it would be nice if we have a variety. |

| This is leagues better than that Nascar bullshit we have here. The diversity in cars also makes it better, not to mention you have BMW's, Porcshes, Lotus, among other cars. The racing Corvette C6R and the Vipers are also better than those ugly Nascar things.. |
