They found his body off a cliff. Im not sure what was the exact cause, but i believe they said it may have been a freak accident.

He didn't drive over a cliff. There was no car. He fell off of the cliff. People in the area walk by the tops of those cliffs frequently. There is a rail in certain parts, but not others. Last I heard, they couldn't tell conclusively if it was murder, suicide, or an accident, but they suspected an accident was the most likely cause (slipping off the edge). There was no car.
